I only called USA Auto Glass at 9am this morning. Fred had me send him a few pictures and then set up an appointment (noon to 3) to come to my house at no extra charge! I got a message 30 minutes before he arrived to give me a heads up. Fred said he had 26 years experience and every year gets recertified for all the new technology that is being put in windshields, something that is different in virtually all makes and models. By 2:45 he was backing out of my driveway. My new windshield looks great.
